Since CoolTone is a non-invasive treatment, there is no outside preparation necessary for your treatment session. It is advisable that don’t eat a full meal within two hours prior to your appointment. CoolTone is performed in the privacy of our White Plains facilities, allowing you to rest comfortably during your procedure. The CoolTone applicator will be applied to the treatment area and the contouring will begin. You will feel deep muscle contractions, like you’re experiencing very deep workout as the machine works to sculpt your muscles and reduce fat from the area. Each treatment session takes approximately 30 minutes.
There is no downtime and no recovery required following treatment with CoolTone. The day after your procedure, your muscles will be sore as if you’ve experienced an intense workout. Drinking plenty of fluids will help your body to flush excess lactic acid produced during treatment from your body.
